Recipe 22: Mapo Doufu (Má pó dòufu)

I don’t usually order tofu when I go out, but má pó dòufu is one that I never mind ordering. It’s not too squishy, and the spice adds a nice flavor. It’s a must-have recipe for vegetarians who love Chinese food.
